One Nation Under God
Join us throughout Election Week (November 4-8) as we pray for the United States. Together we'll reflect on quotes from our Founding Fathers, and we'll meditate on the words of Sacred Scripture. Each day Neal McDonough will emcee, and our guests – Fr. Josh Johnson, Katie McGrady, Sr. Norma Pimentel, Montse Alvarado, and Fr. Dave Pivonka – will lead us in prayer as we seek to grow in unity as one nation under God. (Each day, you may also select the option to hear our prayer guides lead the session in its entirety.)

2Tuesday: Election DayToday on Election Day, Neal will help us reflect on a quote from Abraham Lincoln as we seek wisdom and guidance from God, especially as we vote. 3Wednesday: After the ElectionOn this day after the Election, Neal will help us reflect on Jesus’ words in Matthew 22. Then Sr. Norma Pimentel will lead us in a meditation on Psalm 146.Neal McDonough & Sr. Norma Pimentel
4Thursday: For Our LeadersToday Neal will read excerpts from the Farewell Addresses of George Washington and Abraham Lincoln. Then Montse Alvarado will lead us in praying for our civic leaders as we meditate on John 17 and pray a unique litany to the Holy Spirit.Neal McDonough & Montse Alvarado
5Friday: For Our FutureOn this final day of Election Week, Neal will read quotes from John F. Kennedy & Dorothy Day and help reflect on our call to serve in our communities. Then Fr.
